By purchasing these products, you understand that these are RESEARCH USE ONLY materials. We are not responsible for how you research these materials.

2. Payments
Full payment is required before orders are processed and shipped. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been transferred to the shipping provider.

4. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting videos and photos from opening your package. The video must start prior to opening the package. Once the package is opened without a video from the beginning, a replacement will not be issued.

5. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse this website or engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons covered under this policy violates the terms agreed to at checkout. Liquid Gold reserves the right to contest disputes by providing:

• Proof of purchase authorization
• Confirmation of policy acceptance
• Order and fulfillment records
• Shipping confirmation and tracking information

Accounts that engage in chargeback abuse may be restricted from future purchases.
