All products sold by Greyhaus are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our products, research-use-only materials, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned. This policy ensures product integrity, prevents contamination, and maintains compliance with research-use standards.

Order Accuracy & Packaging

Each order is inspected, verified, and packaged under strict quality control before shipment. Every item is safely sealed and photographed to confirm accuracy and condition prior to dispatch.

No Returns or Exchanges

For safety and regulatory reasons, Greyhaus does not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including but not limited to peptides, vials, diluents, or other research accessories.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

All shipments are tracked and verified for delivery confirmation.
Any fraudulent chargeback or false claim (including those alleging “missing” or “damaged” items when tracking and packaging verification exist) will result in:

• Formal dispute submission to the payment processor and issuing bank with complete evidence (photos, shipping logs, and delivery proof).
• Permanent account ban from future purchases with Greyhaus.
• Possible legal recovery of losses, fees, and damages associated with fraudulent disputes.
